- Brow Bone Reduction Brow bone reduction removes the ridge of bone above the eyes and thins the upper orbital rims, lifting the shadow off the eyes and opening the upper face.

- Fox Eye Surgery Fox eye surgery raises and repositions the outer corner of the eye, changing the tilt of the eye axis from flat or downturned to the slightly upward slant associated with a feminine eye.
- Blepharoplasty Blepharoplasty removes excess upper eyelid skin and corrects lower lid bags or hollows, revealing more of the lid platform and opening an eye that a heavy brow has kept in shadow.
- Rhinoplasty Feminization rhinoplasty reshapes the bridge, tip and nostril base into a smaller, softer nasal profile — planned against the whole face, not the nose on its own.
- Lip Feminization Lip feminization shortens the distance between nose and lip and restores volume — a lip lift changes the proportion permanently, filler adds fullness without changing it.
- Cheek Feminization Cheek feminization builds volume high and forward on the midface — with implants, fat grafting or filler — turning a flat, wide midface into the rounded, lifted cheek that reads as female.
- Buccal Fat Removal Buccal fat removal takes out a discrete pad of fat deep in the cheek, hollowing the area below the cheekbone so the bone above it reads more clearly — a small operation with permanent consequences.
- V-line Surgery V-line surgery reshapes the jaw and chin as one continuous contour, narrowing the mandible from angle to point so the lower face tapers into a soft V instead of a square.
- Jaw Feminization Jaw feminization narrows the lower face by reducing the flared angle of the mandible, thinning its outer surface and softening the border — turning a square jawline into a tapered one.
- Chin Feminization Chin feminization makes the chin shorter, narrower and rounder — reducing its height and width and softening the square front that is one of the clearest masculine markers of the lower face.

Voice & Neck

- Voice Feminization (VFS) Voice feminization surgery raises speaking pitch by shortening or tightening the vibrating part of the vocal cords — a permanent change to the instrument, which voice therapy then teaches you to play.
- Adam's Apple Reduction A tracheal shave reduces the forward projection of the thyroid cartilage, removing the visible bump in the neck through a small incision placed in a natural skin crease.

The Body

- Bottom Surgery Feminizing genital surgery constructs a vulva and, in most techniques, a vaginal canal — the most complex procedure in transfeminine care, requiring months of preparation and a lifelong dilation routine.
