1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies (localStorage, pixels) are covered by this policy too.

3. Advertising pixels and Advanced Matching
Every page on this site loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) and the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to measure how effective our advertising is and to build remarketing audiences on Google and Meta's platforms.
We have Meta's Advanced Matching feature enabled. When you submit our contact form, the name and e-mail address you enter are cryptographically hashed in your browser before being sent to Meta, so that Meta can match your enquiry to a Facebook or Instagram account for more accurate ad reporting. Meta processes this hashed data under its own Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of Google's ad personalisation in Google Ads Settings, and control how Meta uses your data in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.
4. Third-party embedded content
Some pages may embed third-party content — for example YouTube videos, Google Maps, or WhatsApp click-to-chat links. When you interact with such content, the third party may set its own cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those policies (Google/YouTube, Meta/WhatsApp) if this concerns you.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works. Instructions for common browsers:
